The Story so far..

LEX Recruitment has been set up by Alison and Eddie Thorne.

Eddie had a full and successful career in the army retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel having commanded the 1st Battalion the Royal Anglian Regiment. Eddie has considerable expertise in career management, skills assessment and personnel analysis. Eddie is mad about all team sports and actively participates in cricket and hockey, runs almost every day (with black Labrador called Baldrick) and enjoys family life. He also enjoys golf, occasionally being described as a “bandit”. Eddie has spent some of his life indoors getting a First Class Honours Degree in Computing and Management and a masters with Cranfield Institute of Technology.

Alison has worked in recruitment in London and the Eastern Region recruiting to various sectors, including IT and generalist work. Additionally, she obtained a law degree from the University of East of England and passed the Legal Practice Course at University of West of England. She has worked in various types of law, including employment, insolvency and bankruptcy and personal injury law. Alison enjoys family life, building the business, horses and running!
